RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 058
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE COLONY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING
DATE ON LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS PLAN RELATING TO POSSIBLE ADOPTION
OF UPDATED DRAINAGE IMPACT FEES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the TEXAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE §395.042 requires a
political subdivision to adopt a resolution establishing a public hearing date to consider
the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan for the designated area; and
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas hereby
establishes the date of August 17, 2010 as the public hearing date on land use
assumptions and capital improvements plan relating to possible adoption of drainage
impact fees; and
Section 3. That the City Council of the City of the Colony hereby directs the
publication of a Notice of Public Hearing On Land Use Assumptions and Capital
Improvements Plan Relating to Possible Adoption of Drainage Impact Fees to include
date, time, and location of the public hearing; and
Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of The Colony,
Texas, this 6th day of July, 2010.
