RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
COLONY, TEXAS, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 07-080, AMENDING
THE FEE RESOLUTION BY AMENDING THE PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT FEES; PROVIDING A REPEALER
CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of The Colony established, by ordinance, to provide for all fees
under the Code of Ordinances by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City adopted a Master Fee Resolution, being Resolution No. 07-080, a
resolution of the City of The Colony, Texas; and
WHEREAS, after review of the fees contained therein, the City has found that certain
Parks and Recreation department fees are inadvertently not amended on the master fee schedule
adopted on September 17th, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the Master Fee Schedule, Resolution
No. 07-080, should be amended to amend the following fees for certain use of recreation center.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE COLONY, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Resolution No 07-080 is hereby amended by amending the Parks &
Recreation fees which shall read as follows:

Section 2. That all provisions of any resolution of the City Council of the City of
The Colony in conflict with the provisions of this resolution be, and the same are hereby,

repealed, and all other provisions not in conflict with the provisions of this resolution shall
remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its
passage, as the law and charter in such cases provide.
PASSED, APPROVED and EFFECTIVE this 1St day of October, 2007.
