RESOLUTION NO. 08-114
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE COLONY, TEXAS, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 06-085,
THE MASTER FEE RESOLUTION, BY AMENDING
ATTACHMENT "A" TO ADD A NEW SECTION TO PROVIDE
FOR SHORELINE USE PERMIT AND MITIGATION FEES,
PROVIDING A REPEALER CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of The Colony established, by ordinance, to provide for all
fees under the Code of Ordinances by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City adopted a Master Fee Resolution, being Resolution No. 06-
085, a resolution of the City of The Colony, Texas; and
WHEREAS, Attachment "A" to Resolution No. 06-085 provides for the fees
charged by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the Master Fee Schedule,
Resolution No. 06-085, should be amended by amending Attachment "A" thereto to
provide for Shoreline Use Permit and Mitigation Fees required under Chapter 13, Article
X of the City of The Colony Code of Ordinances.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Resolution No. 06-085, the Fee Schedule, is hereby amended by
amending Attachment "A" to add a new section to provide for Shoreline Use Permit and
Mitigation Fees, which shall read as follows:

Section 2. That all provisions of any resolution of the City Council of the City of
The Colony in conflict with the provisions of this resolution be, and the same are, hereby
repealed, and all other provisions not in conflict with the provisions of this resolution
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its
passage, as the law and charter in such cases provide.
