PHASE II MS4 GENERAL PERMIT (TXR040000); ATTACHING THE NOTICE OF INTENT AS EXHIBIT A; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS: Section 1. That the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas hereby approves the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality NOTICE OF INTENT for Storm Water Discharges for the purpose of qualifying for a Phase II Permit. Section 2. That a true and correct copy of the Notice of Intent is attached hereto and incorporated herein, as Exhibit A. Section 3. That the city manager is authorized to execute the Notice of Intent on behalf of the city. Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage. The applicant must file with the Chief Clerk a copy ofan affidavit of the publication within 60 days of receiving the written instructions from the Office of Chief Clerk. a.
