RESOLUTION NO. 06- ()-1 LtJ
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF CISCO AIRONET 1510
WIRELESS ACCESS POINT, CISCO WCS 2/LOCATION CONTROLLER AND
WIRELESS SYSTEM, FROM A CATALOGUE INFORMATION SYSTEMS
VENDOR (CISV), TO WIT: MTM CORPORATION, THAT THE SOURCE OF
FUNDING FOR SUCH PURCHASE IS THE CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION,
SERIES 2006, DEBT ISSUANCE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
COLONY, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas, herby approves the purchase of the
Cisco Aironet 1510 Wireless Access Point, Cisco WCS 2/Location Controller and wireless system from
CIS vendor, to wit: MTM Corporation.
Section 2. That the source of funding for the purchase is the Certificates of Obligation, Series 2006, debt
issuance, with the purchase amount not to exceed $23,200.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas, this the 5th day
of September 2006.
