CITIZEN'S INPUT - None 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SESSION AND EXECUTIVE SESSION HELD MARCH 3RD 2005 - Motion to approve the minutes - Walden; Second - Hill; motion carried 3. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH HOMETOWN SURVEY TO CONDUCT A CITIZEN SURVEY - Motion to approve the Letter of Agreement with Hometown Survey to conduct a Citizen Survey - Briggs; Second - Walden; motion carried 4. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE QUESTIONS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE CITIZEN SURVEY- Question 14, change the wording to say how many household members have visited a city park. Question 23, eliminate Exercise stations along trails, add BMX Parkfor bicycles, change the wording in the question to read built, improve or expand In the park grid under question 16, replace Soccer Fields by Fire Station with Camey Soccer Fields. Motion to approve the questions in the survey as amended - Briggs,' Second - Boyer,' motion carried 5. UPDATE FROM DIRECTOR/ ASST. DIRECTOR- FINANCIAL STATEMENTS- Sales tax is up this month. TRAIL LIGHTS - Sam has received plans from Jim Weathers. He's getting cost estimates now and is trying to keep it within the $40,000 the board has budgeted for this project. We should not have to do any re-trenching. FIVE STAR WEST SIDEWALK - The City Engineer wants us to do a handicap bridge over both of the drainage ditches, so we have to do more plans and drawings before we can proceed SLAY / BAKER PARK - The new playground is huge and it looks great. AUSTIN RANCH - Tress have been planted along the sidewalk. The irrigation is in and they'll start hydro mulching soon. IRRIGATION AT PARKS & REC. AND POLICE DEPT.- We are getting estimates for the area around the outdoor basketball court and the skate park. This has been on the park improvement list for a couple years. We originally planned to do this in-house. STEWART CREEK PARK - PARK HOST - Phyllis is leaving Friday. The new park host is Marilyn Mohr from Hidden Cove Park. She has 18 years of customer service experience. She started on Tuesday. LET IT FLY TOURNAMENT - This was a smaller tournament compared to the one they had in November at Five Star. Their Spring Tournaments are always smaller than their Fall Tournaments. It was very successful. With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
