FINANCIAL STATEMENTS- Sales tax is up this month.
TRAIL LIGHTS - Sam has received plans from Jim Weathers. He's getting cost estimates
now and is trying to keep it within the $40,000 the board has budgeted for this project. We
should not have to do any re-trenching.
FIVE STAR WEST SIDEWALK - The City Engineer wants us to do a handicap bridge
over both of the drainage ditches, so we have to do more plans and drawings before we can
proceed
SLAY / BAKER PARK - The new playground is huge and it looks great.
AUSTIN RANCH - Tress have been planted along the sidewalk. The irrigation is in and
they'll start hydro mulching soon.
IRRIGATION AT PARKS & REC. AND POLICE DEPT.-
We are getting estimates for the area around the outdoor basketball court and the skate park.
This has been on the park improvement list for a couple years. We originally planned to do
this in-house.
STEWART CREEK PARK - PARK HOST -
Phyllis is leaving Friday. The new park host is Marilyn Mohr from Hidden Cove Park.
She has 18 years of customer service experience. She started on Tuesday.
LET IT FLY TOURNAMENT -
This was a smaller tournament compared to the one they had in November at Five Star.
Their Spring Tournaments are always smaller than their Fall Tournaments. It was very
successful.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
