HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 718 CITY OF THE COLONY~ TEXAS ORDINANCE NO. 9/~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF SLUDGE FROM HOLDING LAGOON; IN THE AMOUNT OF $~/~ ~(i)©.OC) ATTACHING THE APPROVED FORM OF CONTRACT AS EXHYBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS: Section I. That the City Manager of the City of The Colony, Texas is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City a contract with C ~'7~_ ~i~t ~f~f ~L ~l~ for removal and disposal of sludge from holding lagoon in the amount of $ ~/~ gS/~. ~ . The approved form of such cont'~act is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" purposes. , and made a part hereof for such Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas.
