AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITy OF THE COLONY, TEXAS
ACCEPTING AND APPROVING A THOROUGHFARE PLAN
AS PREPARED BY JONES/FRIEBELE, INC. FOR THE
CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS. '
WHEREAS, a Thoroughfare Plan for the City of The Colony,
Texas has been prepared by the firm of Jones/Friebele, Inc. and
such Thoroughfare Plan is a general guide for present and future
use by the City of The Colony, Texas; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of The
Colony, Texas and in the interest of its citizens to promote the
health, welfare, and safety of its citizens to have a
Thoroughfare Plan for use in the City of The Colony, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Thoroughfare Plan dated September
1989, and prepared by the firm of Jones/Friebele
