BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager of the City of The Colony,
Texas, is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City a contract
for athletic field lighting with ~~ ~_~ in

I, Richard Ortega agree to sell the lights at Friendly
Field as outlined in the bid supplied to the city of The
Colony to the said city for the price of $8,000.00. The
said bid includes movement of the lights from Friendly Field
in Frisco to a location in The Colony as dictated by the
City Manager of The Colony.
The city will provide electricity to the site inwhich
the lights are to be moved. The seller will provide the
lights as outlined in the bid, movement of the lights,
resettlement of the lights, and have the lights properly
adjusted to commence immediate play.
The city will inspect all electrical wiring to make
sure all meet city codes.
