BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager of the City of The Colony, Texas, is hereby authoriz~d to execute on behalf of the City a contract with the firm for eight police ve~iicles. The approved form of such contract is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof for such purposes. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas. NO ~a~n~. ~OEFF FOR REPRESENTATIONS, WAR~NTIES AND SERVICE AGREEMENTS RE~TING TO ~E PR~- ER~ MADE OR ENTERED INTO BY THE EANUFAOTURERS OR SUPPLIERS OF THE PROPERTY, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY ASSIGNED TO LESSEE, LES~R HAS MADE AND MAKES ND REPRESENTATION OR WARRANt, BPRESS OR IMPLIED, ~O ASSUMES NO OBLI~TIO~ WiTH RESPE~ TO THE TIT~, MERCHANTABILITY, CONDITION, QUALI~ OR FITNESS OF THE ER~ DESCRIBED IN BHIB~ A FOR ANY PARTIOU~R PURPOSE OR THE ~NFORMI~ OF THE PROPER~ TO OR PURCHASE O~[R, ITS DESIGN, DELIVERY, INSTAL~IION OR OPE~TION.
