BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY) TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager of the City of The Colony, Texas is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City a contract with Fitz Electric in the amount of $192,200.00 for the construction of athletle fiol,q li~htln~ The approved form of such contract is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"~ and made a part hereof for such purposes. DENTON THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 30 day of APRIL A. Owens Park, and all extra work in connection therewith, under the terms as stated in the General Conditions of the Agreement and at his (or their) own proper cost and expense to furnisk ali the materials;' supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superintendence, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete the said construction, ir accordance with the conditions and prices stated in the Proposal attached hereto, and m accordance with the Notice to Contractors, General and Special Conditions of Agreement, Plans and other drawings and printed or written explanatory matter thereof, and the Specifications and addenda therefor, as prepared by '_GARY BIRDSONG AND BRIDGEFARMER & ASSOCIATESt INC. .~rein entitled the ENGINEER. each of which has been identified by the CONTRACTOR and th?
