We the majority of The Council of the City of The Colony
hereby, by Resolution, give our consent for property/land located
at see Exhibit "A"
owned by Fox & Jacobs~ Inc.
to enter The Colony ~tunicipal Utility District for sewer, water,
and/or refuse pick-up.

Being a tract of land situated in the Thomas C. Wilson'Survey, Abstract
No. 1352, Denton County, Texas and being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the North line of the Thomas C. Wilson
Survey, Abstract No. 1352 with the East R.O.W. line of F.M. Road No. 423;
Thence N 89° 59' 42" E, along the North line of the said Wilson Survey,
a distance of 532.43 ft.; Thence S 0° 30' 55" E, along a fence line, a
distance of 1652 ft.; Thence N 89° 29' 05" E a distance of 461 ft. to
the Point of Beginning of this tract;
Thence East a distance of 100 ft.;
Thence South a distance of 70 ft.;
Thence West a distance of 100 ft.;

an addition to the City of The Colony as recorded in Volume 12, Page 43
of the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas;
Thence N 89° 43' 22" E a distance of 50 ft.;
Thence S O° 17' 55" E a distance of 1104.44 ft.;
Thence in a Southerly direction with a curve to the right, said curve
having a central angle of 19° 10' 30" and a radius of 901.O3 ft.,
a distance of 301.61 ft. to a point in the West line of the B.B.B.
and C.R.R. Co. Survey, Abstract No. 172;

line of Colony Blvd.;
Thence N 89° 43' 40" W, along the center line of Colony Blvd., a distance
of 50 ft. to the Point of Beginning and containing 2.8705 acres
of land.
