A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS ESTABLISHING SERVICE RATES OF THE AMBULANCE DEPARTMENT; REPEALING ALL INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE WHEREAS, it is desirable to provide adequate emergency transportation to the citizens of the City of The Colony, Texas, when due to accident or illness there is an immediate need for this service; and WHEREAS, due to the increase in costs to provide such service it is necessary to increase the rate that has heretofore been changed: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS: Section 1. That all the above premises are found to be true and correct and incorporated into the body of this Resolution as if copied in their entirety. Section 2. That the Ambulance Department of the City of The Colony, Texas shall charge the following rates for all service calls: a. Ambulance call with transport ...... $100.00 b. Ambulance call without transport ... no charge Section 3. That all ordinances or resolutions or parts thereof, inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution, including Resolution No. 84-20 of the City of The Colony, Texas, passed and approved October 15, 1984, are hereby expressly repealed.
