HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 83-26 RESOLUTION NO. 83-26 WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of The Colony has requested that a parcel of land located on Wynnewood Penninsula to be annexed into the City limits of The Colony, and WHEREAS, annexation of this land parcel will access Wynnewood Penninsula, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS: That a Public Hearing be held to give all citizens and landowners an opportunity to speak for or against this annexation. A Public Hearing shall also be conducted at Fire Station #2, in the City of The Colony regarding said property as described in Exhibit "A" on the 4th day of January, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. The City Secretary shall publish a notice of this hearing in the official newspaper of The Colony. PASSED and APPROVED on the 14th day of December ,1983. D.
