CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS
RESOLUTION NO. tOD -~..~ /
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2001 FINANCIAL
PLAN OF THE DENCO 9-1-1 DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS
HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE, CHAPTER 772, AS AMENDED, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of The Colony has been presented the Fiscal Year 2001
Financial Plan of the Denco Area 9-1-1 District for approval, in accordance with section 772.309
Texas Health and Safety Code, as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
COLONY, TEXAS:
Section I. That the City of The Colony hereby approves the financial plan.
Section II. That this resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of August 2000.
