RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 015
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
COLONY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD
A PURCHASE TO MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
TWENTY-TWO (22) IN -CAR RADIOS AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas hereby authorizes
the City Manager to award a purchase to Motorola Solutions in the amount of $172,052.87 for
the purchase of twenty-two (22) in -car radios.
Section 2. That the City Manager and/or his designee are authorized to award said
purchase.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
COLONY, TEXAS, THIS 7th DAY OF OCTOBER 2026.
