RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 0'7 O
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
COLONY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD
A PURCHASE TO FACILITY SOLUTIONS GROUP FOR THE
PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS ON
MEMORIAL DRIVE BETWEEN STANDRIDGE DRIVE AND FM 423;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas hereby authorizes
the City Manager to award a purchase to Facility Solutions Group in the amount of $289,465.00
for the purchase and installation of solar street lights on Memorial Drive between Standridge
Drive and FM 423.
