RESOLUTION NO. O l-,3
A RESOLUTION RE-APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
MANAGERS OF THE DENCO AREA 9-1-1 DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Article 1432e, V.A.C.S. provides that two voting members of the initial Board
of Managers of an Emergency Communication District shall be appointed jointly by all cities and
towns lying wholly or in part within the district; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE COLONY, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the City of The Colony hereby votes for Olive Stephens as a member of the Board of
Managers of the Denco Area 9-1-1Emergency Communication District.
SECTION 2.
That this resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval.
