The Special Session of the Tree Advisory Board of the City of The Colony, Texas, was called to order at
7:24 p.m. on the 13TH day of November 2025, at City Hall, 6800 Main Street, The Colony, Texas, with
the following roll call:

And with six board members present a quorum was established and the following items were addressed:
1.0 ROUTINE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND RECOGNITIONS
1.1 Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:24 p.m.
1.2 Citizen Input
There was no citizen input.
2.0 CONSENT AGENDA
2.1 Consider approval of minutes of March 13"', 2025 Special Session.
3.0 REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS
3.1 Receive an update on emerald ash borer treatment.
Marlisa informed the board that treatment had gone accordingly and the susceptible trees were
divided into two treatment groups, with the next group receiving treatment in 2026.
