OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
March 12th, 2026
The Special Session of The Community Development Corporation of the City of The Colony, Texas,
was called to order at 6:06 p.m. on the 12th day of March 2026 at CITY HALL, 6053 MAIN STREET,
in FOX/JACOBS CONFERENCE ROOM, The Colony, Texas 75056, with the following roll call:
Allen Harris, President
Joshua Knapp, Vice President
Wesley Bledsoe, Treasurer
Kathy Ray, Secretary
Dan Mahle, Board Member
Randy Dull, Board Member
Jim Owens, Board Member

And with six board members present, a quorum was established and the following items were addressed:
1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:06 pm.
2. Receive presentation from staff, and discuss the following:
a) General Discussion on Items of Community Development Corporation Interest
Jackie discussed at length: Future CIP Projects, Operational Budget
