A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
COLONY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD
A CONTRACT TO GRAYBAR FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE
RIGHT -SIDE MOTOR CONTROL CENTER (MCC) AT OFFICE CREEK;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas hereby authorizes
the City Manager to award a contract to Graybar in the amount of $939,889.74 for the replacement
of the right -side Motor Control Center (MCC) at Office Creek.
