RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 04 D
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
COLONY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD
A CONTRACT TO ZONE INDUSTRIES, LLC FOR THE REPLACEMENT
OF THE OFFICE CREEK PUMP NO. 3; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas hereby authorizes
the City Manager to award a contract to Zone Industries, LLC in the amount of $102,241.07 for
the replacement of the Office Creek Pump No. 3.

Section 2. That the City Manager and/or his designee are authorized to award said
