Llano County and the new precedent the ruling setsfor the states in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court ofAppeals. B. Continue to assist in representing TCPL at library, school, and community activities. Director Charters will attend Parks & Recreation's Arbor Day community event Saturday, April 25 to promote TCPL's Seed Library. I TCPL is hosting The Colony Summer Kickoff on June 6 and participating in The Colony Vack to School Bash on July 22. C. Initiate contact and work to form partnerships in the community to introduce TCPL's services and resources and to serve as an information source for the community. Tarrant County Community Food Bank will come once a month to visit with people coming to TCPL and answer questions about their resources and ways they can serve the community. '.2 Receive a presentation and discuss staff updates regarding public relations events, programs, services and community partnerships. The Friends of The Colony Public Library Annual Meeting is Thursday, April 30 at 6:30 p.m. in the Library Multipurpose Room.
