RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 019
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
COLONY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE A
PURCHASE ORDER TO SOLID BORDER INC. FOR THE PURCHASE
OF A MANAGED DETECTION AND RESPONSE SOLUTION USING
BUDGETED FUNDS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF THE COLONY, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas hereby authorizes
the City Manager to issue a purchase order in the amount of $117,000.00 to Solid
Border Inc. for the purchase of a managed detection and response solution using
budgeted funds on the terms as discussed in executive session.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee are authorized to issue said
purchase order.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
COLONY, TEXAS, THIS 17T" DAY OF FEBRUARY 2026.
