A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 1997 FINANCIAL
PLAN OF THE DENCO 9-1-1 DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 1432e
V.A.T.S.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of The Colony has been presented the Fiscal Year
1997 Financial Plan of the Denco Area 9-1-1 District for approval, in accordance with article
1432e, section 7(D), V.A.T.S., as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
COLONY, TEXAS:
Section I. That the City of The Colony hereby approves the financial plan.
Section II. That this resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its
passage.
