MINUTES OF SPECIAL SESSION OF COUNCIL
HELD ON AUGUST 6, 2007
The Special Session of the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas, was called to order at
6:37 p.m. on the 6th day of August 2007, at City Hall, 6800 Main Street, The Colony, Texas, with
the following roll call:

And with four council members present a quorum was established and the following items were
addressed:
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
A. Council shall convene into a closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.074 of
the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE to deliberate the appointment, employment and
duties of a public officer, to wit: Alternate Municipal Court Judge.
Executive session convened at 6:37 p.m. and council reconvened into open session at
7:09 p.m.
B. Take any action necessary as a result of such executive session.
No action taken.
And with no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
