Manning, Mayor Present Mike Lynch, Councilman Present Toby Pollard, Councilman Present Joe Agnew, Councilman Present Tom Bogan, Councilman Present John Dillard, Councilman Present Joel Marks, Mayor Pro-tem Present and with seven present, a quorum was established and the following items were addressed: TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS: Notice is hereby given of a SPECIAL SESSION of the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas to be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th day of June, 1993 at City Hall, at which time the following items will be addressed: 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 7:05 p.m. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION AS AUTHORIZED BY ARTICLE 6252-17, V.A.C.S., SECTION 2G, PERSONNEL, TO-WIT A. INTERVIEW FOR BOARD APPOINTMENTS PARK AND RECREATION LIBRARY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS 8:19 p.m. 3. CONSIDERATION OF ANY ACTION TO BE TAKEN AS A RESULT OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION No action was taken. Mayor Manning announced that the Council would interview more applicants beginning at 7:00 p.m. on June 21, 1993 before beginning the regular agenda items at 7:30 p.m. 2 004821 With no further business to address Mayor Manning adjourned the meeting at 8:20 -- APPROVED: William W.
