Following members of Council were present: Don Amick, Mayor Present Rick Harris, Mayor Pro-tem Present Johnny Spears, Councilman Absent Noretta Sipe, Councilman Absent Steve Glazener, Councilman Present Dick Weaver, Councilman Absent Joel Marks, Councilman Absent and with three present, a quorum was not established. Councilman Spears was absent due to out of town business. Councilmen Weaver, Marks and Sipe were attending a committee meeting.
