-- - - _ The Regular Session of the TECHNOLOGIES BOARD of The Colony, Texas was called to order
at 6.35pm on the IST of MARCH, 2017 at CITY HALL, in the COUNCIL CHAMBERS, City
Hall, 6800 MAIN STREET, THE COLONY, TEXAS, with the following roll call.

1.1 Call Meeting to Order 6: 35pm

Nicole Love announces her resignation. She is moving outside of The Colony.

2.1 Acceptance of Technologies Board Minutes for a meeting held on January 4, 2017.
Motion to approve Nicole hove; second by - Bill Swink; motion passed with all ayes.

4.0 1 AGENDA ITEMS
4.1 Discussion on the current status of Fidelity Payment Services, Crown Castle, Book
King, Granicus and Civic Plus.
Chris Vazquez Director of the Information Technologies provides an update to the board.
Fidelity Payment Express is up and running It allows residents to pay their water bills at Kroger
and Quick Mart in The Colony, as well as some surrounding city Kroger's stores.
Crown Castle advised that they have installed over 40k feet of fiber, 18 signal boosting nods, 14
silver, 3 green and one on a Cosery utility pole near Top Golf These mini cell towers boos the
signal to help with heavy trafficked areas. Verizon is the only provider at this time
Book King is the new Parks and Recreation software for registration It was live in December
and the transition was smooth
Granicus has been implemented as the new software for agenda creation It is a much more
Intuitive software that what was previously used
Civic Plus is the company chosen to update our city websites. They are in the beginning phases
Of Design, and it will be at least 6 months before implementation
Wifi in the park, the project initiated by Time Warner Cable is on hold. Spectrum bought out
Time Warner Cable, and they last reported that they plan to keep the project in the works

With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6.55 p m first motion by Bill Swink, and a
second motion by NicoVLove
