FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CTTYWIDE HHS AND BIKE TRAILS MASTER PLAN AS PART OF THE CITY'S PARK AND RECREATION FACILITIES AS DESCRIBED AND ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, That the City Council of the City of The Colony, Texas, hereby approves the Professional Services Agreement made by and between the City of The Colony, Texas and He1R Associates, Inc., for the development of citywide hike and bike bails master plan. WHEREAS, the City bas determined that the professional shall perform the services specifically set forth in "Exhibit A". In case of conflict with the language of "Exbibit A", and the provisions of this agreanmt, the provisions of this agreement shall control; and WHEREAS, the City has determined that the professional agnea to commence services upon written direction from the City and to complete the mks set forth in "Exhibit A", Scope of Services, in accordance with a work schedule establishM by City, which is attached hereto and incorporated as "Exhibit B"; and WHEREAS, the City shall pay the professional for services specifically set forth in "Exhibit A" bypayment of a nmt to exceed fm of $]9,500.00.
