HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 2015-070 RESOLUTION NO. 2015-11211 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2014-059, AS AMENDED, PROVIDING FOR ADOPTION OF THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE AND ADOPTING A NEW MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016, WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN AS ATTACHMENT "A"; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the City of The Colony adopted the Master Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 by Resolution No. 2014-059, passed and approved on the 16th day of September 2014; and WHEREAS, the City desires to repeal the 2014-2015 Master Fee Schedule and as amended and replace the same with a new Master Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2015-2016, providing for new fees for the City; and WHEREAS, after consideration and review, the City Council finds that Resolution No. 2014-059, as amended should be repealed and the new Master Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2015-2016, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment "A," be adopted to provide fees for the City of The Colony. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE COLONY,TEXAS THAT: Section 1. That Resolution No. 2014-059, as amended, be, and the same is hereby repealed on the effective date of this Resolution in its entirety and a new Master Fee Schedule for 2015-2016, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment "A," be, and the same is,hereby adopted. Section 2. That all provisions of any resolution of the City Council of the City of The Colony in conflict with the provisions of this resolution be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and all other provisions not in conflict with the provisions of this resolution shall remain in full force and effect. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective on October 1, 2015, from and after its passage, as the law and charter in such cases provide.
