Motion to approve - Grube; second by -,Swink; motion passed with all ayes, 13.0 1 CITIZEN INPUT None 4.0 AGENDA ITEMS December 2, 2014 4.1 Receive presentation from Farr Systems regarding IT Sourcing. (Shallenburger) Clrg Gosnell and Jeff Farr with Farr Systems gave an overview of the process Farr Systems would use to develop an RFP for IT Sourcing for the City of The Colony. 4.2 Review and discuss the active gun fire detection technologies. (Martinez) Mr. Martinez said he brought this Technology to the Board because he thought it was a good idea and new technology that the Board should look at for the local schools. It was decided that this is a great Technology but the City would not be responsible for placing these in schools as they are run by the local district. 4.3 Receive presentation from Taser representative and discuss a need for an all- digital Taser with back -end software.
